Working with Anne really helped us come to the best decision in our home-buying process. We ended up working with her over two years because we hadn't realized what we were getting into when purchasing a home. Every time with saw a house, she made thoughtful suggestions and let us come to our own conclusions. She answered each and every question we had with complete honesty and we never felt pressured into doing something when we weren't ready. Our home buying process evolved as we saw more of the market and Anne adjusted what she presented to us to meet our needs. As a realtor and a person, she's wonderful to work with. I'm so thankful we found Anne and her team.

Anne Schuller is a thoroughly professional and dedicated broker. Anne's knowledge and assessment of the local real estate market and her marketing recommendations were excellent and wholly accurate. Anne's use of several advertising venues gave the property extensive exposure. The property sold quickly! Closing was thorough and easy!

My experience with Tammy Fabregas a few months ago was better than I have ever had before--having bought and sold homes, land, and condos--I have been through quite a few transactions over these past 30 years. In today’s challenging market, I was grateful for her expertise and knowledge, even though I thought I was a savvy buyer.
